do i have to name just one movie? i absolutely love several movies. not sure i can name just 1 movie as a favorite. the Star Wars & Star Trek movies are amongst my favs.

My favorite is the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I have an annual Lord of the Rings fest with my friend, where we watch the extended versions of the 3 movies in a row. Then we watch the director's commentary XD
I also really like the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and Titanic.

I think the music, acting, special effects, etc are absolutely amazing in that movie. Best book to movie transition I've ever seen.

Same here! I actually don't enjoy the books as much as the movies ^^;;;
I mean, The Fellowship of the Ring was a FANTASTIC book... amazing (except for the part with Tom Bombadil...glad the movie cut him out, lol). But The Two Towers was so boring for me, i didn't bother reading the third.
