War is all this land has ever known. Peace seems too far out of reach in times such as these, behind the quiet and dormant lies a wicked plot forged from greed and the hunger for power.
The two kingdoms of du Soleil and de la Lune have been fighting each other since their creation centuries ago and the animosity between the North and South doesn’t seem to be letting up any time soon especially with the recent death of the former King Raavi Kasahari due to the war.
A plot within the Council, trusted members of the Royal family of de la Lune, has been formed to get rid of the newest King, Everett and his brand new wife [by arranged marriage] so that the Council members can control the Princess into marrying one of their sons, therefore giving them more power to feed their greedy hearts.
But it the treachery and hostility doesn’t end there.
Centuries ago a powerful vampire by the name of Arceneau formed an alliance with a werewolf by the name of Heiderich. The plan was simple, they’d both bring together their coven and pack to take control over Kingdom du Soleil and then Kingdom de la Lune after that which would effectively give them power over the majority of the inhabited country. However, Heiderich and his pack betrayed Arceneau and his coven to the King [at the time] of du Soleil. In the end Arceneau’s coven of vampires was completely decimated and from his rage stemmed an absolute loathing for werewolves, especially ones who were descendants of Heiderich.
While the two Kingdoms are fighting against each other another war is taking place, one of a supernatural standing. Arceneau has been effectively taking out any and all of Heiderich’s descendants since the betrayal and with his powerful new coven it’s easier than ever. However, Arceneau isn’t the only one who’s gotten stronger. The most recent descendant and present pack leader has got a few tricks up his sleeve as well.
Who’s side are you on?
